We discuss all proposals in detail and regularly evaluate our plans to ensure goals are achieved or whether strategies need to be modified. At Square Knot we provide advice that is based on our customers’ needs rather than on products created by a bank or insurance company.

However, we do not limit ourselves to well known banks and insurance companies. As we are independent, we also have contacts with providers that are less well-known, but offer interesting possibilities. We want the best results: a mortgage with an affordable monthly repayment, flexible conditions and maximum security.

• a maximum redemption-free mortgage; 
• a savings form with a guarantee (i.e. banksparen, a bank savings scheme launched in the Netherlands in 2008, which is an addition to the existing insurance-based savings scheme and investors accounts), or investment funds with a strong track record;  
• a separate life insurance policy (if desired).
